As a Cancer rising with a Pisces Moon, lunar living in a solar world has always been second nature to me.
However, it was my own peri-menopausal experience that truly initiated me into a deeper dialogue with the Moon and her teachings.
My own inner cycle was no longer trackable.
Instead, I began to consciously and actively connect with the Moon's phases and sign changes throughout the lunar cycle.
This helped me to understand my ever-shifting moods and find my way to my new menstrual cycle-less rhythm.
That was 10 years ago - I have been teaching about the Moon, lunar cycle & lunar living ever since.
This practice is suited for women who no longer bleed, or anyone interested in more becoming more attuned to their own personal cycles.
Following the Moon helps you to live life in a more fluid, feminine way.
